Pete Just is the Executive Director of the Indiana CTO Council, leveraging his experience and expertise to foster partnerships and seize new opportunities with key state associations. He is dedicated to expanding the council's influence through strategic presentations and collaborations, while supporting district leaders in building strong tech teams with CoSN's resources.

Cassy serves as the Clinic Chair for the annual Indiana CTO Clinic, where she leads the planning and coordination of this highly anticipated event. Known for her inventive approach and original thinking, Cassy brings a fresh perspective to every aspect of the conference. Her leadership fosters an environment where bold ideas come to life, resulting in a dynamic and engaging experience for all attendees.
CoSN CETL Ambassador
Darlene Kennedy, CETL
We are delighted to introduce Darlene Kennedy, a distinguished member of our organization, who serves as a CoSN CETL® Ambassador. In her role, Darlene plays a pivotal part in advocating and promoting the significance of the CETL® certification to Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) nationwide. Her passion for educational technology leadership and commitment to advancing 21st-century learning make her an invaluable asset to our team.
CTO2B Co-Leader
Adela Dickey, CETL
Adela Dickey has served as a mentor and co-leader for the CTO2B program under the Indiana CTO Council since August 2013. In this role, she is instrumental in guiding and supporting individuals who aspire to assume leadership roles in K-12 educational technology. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing mentorship strategies, facilitating networking opportunities, and providing career advice and guidance. Adela's leadership helps prepare future technology leaders to manage and innovate educational technology infrastructures effectively, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and insights needed to succeed in their careers.
