  3. Lunch and Learns featuring state innovators. K-12 technology leaders connect, share insights, and tackle the latest challenges in EdTech along with opportunities to collaborate with peers, gain fresh perspectives, and explore solutions to drive innovation in our schools.
  4. CoSN Membership – Each IN CTO Council District Member receives a full membership to CoSN, which includes access to an extensive network, resource center, exclusive Member-Only Briefs on the latest EdTech topics and policies, advocacy opportunities, and more.

  5. Advocacy & Leadership – Opportunities to participate in EdTech advocacy and the ability to grow your leadership skills through our various volunteer committees.

  6. Awards Program – Eligibility to apply for IN CTO Council awards recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of educational technology.

Board Spotlight: John Flanagin

The Indiana CTO Council is excited to welcome John Flanagin as a new board member. John is the Director of Technology for Hanover Community School Corporation. Drawing on more than 20 years of edtech experience, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of educational priorities to create technology environments where teaching and learning thrive. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for improvement, he helps bridge the gap between technology and instruction.

 

John is a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) and a graduate of the Council’s CTO2B program. John currently serves on the Council’s Professional Learning and Cybersecurity Task Force committees. He is honored to join the board and help drive the Council’s vision forward, leveraging his expertise and leadership.
